How do I get started?

How do I receive my license key?
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive your license key instantly via email. You can then use it on our Redeem page to download the loader. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?
No, plans cannot be upgraded or changed after purchase. Each plan is a separate license. If you want access to a different plan (e.g., Lifetime instead of 1 Month), you'll need to purchase it separately. Your existing license will remain valid until it expires.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final once the license key has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal as per EU regulations for digital content. Please review the features carefully before purchasing. Yes, your data security is our top priority. Here's how we protect you:

Data Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
Minimal Data: We only collect the minimum information necessary (email for license delivery).

No Third-Party Sharing: We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Each license is tied to a single hardware ID (HWID). If you change your computer or need to transfer your license, contact our support team on Discord. We allow one HWID reset per month for legitimate reasons (new PC, hardware change, etc.).
What happens when my license expires?
When your license expires, you'll lose access to Nebula features. You can purchase a new license at any time to regain access. Lifetime licenses never expire. We'll send you an email reminder before your license expires.
